Founded by David Over, who took over his family’s service business at just 20 years old, our company roots run deep in the HVAC industry. With a background in Computer Science, David naturally excelled as heating and cooling systems evolved to incorporate advanced technologies. His expertise in Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems led to pioneering installations, including Mitsubishi’s first water-cooled VRF system in NYC. After establishing successful ventures like Gotham Air in 2013, DNA Mechanical in upstate NY, and Clean Air HVAC in Ohio, David created Eco Comfort to bring his extensive commercial experience and technical insights directly to homeowners. This new venture allows us to provide sophisticated, clean energy solutions specifically designed for residential applications.
